Common questions

How does EmailSavy count an open?
It shows Read only with strong evidence (a real click, a reply whose arrival time we could confirm, or repeat opens from a real device). An Apple Mail privacy load, or a Gmail load in the first 5 minutes, shows as Delivered / preview; a Gmail load after that shows as Opened (likely). Details: How we count opens.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free tier works without any payment info. You only enter card details if you upgrade to Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard — takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Full refund within 7 days of first Pro payment if you've used fewer than 100 tracked emails. After that, case-by-case. Email us.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Switch any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billing. We prorate the difference.
What payment methods do you accept?
Via Razorpay: credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, Paytm, PhonePe. Secure — we never see your card details.
Do you have a team / agency discount?
A team plan is planned but not built yet, and has no price. Join the waitlist above and tell us what you need.
Is the free plan really unlimited?
Yes. Free accounts can track as many emails as they like, with no monthly cap. The one difference is a small “Tracked by EmailSavy” footer on your emails, which Pro removes.
