EmailSavy vs Mailtrack:
Just a mail tracker that works
Both tell you something about what happens to the emails you send. EmailSavy's promise is narrow: it is a mail tracker that tells you how sure it is.

The 30-second summary
Mailtrack: Mailtrack is now sold as part of Mailsuite (mailtrack.io redirects to mailsuite.com). Its public pricing page lists a free plan, a Mailtrack plan and a Mailsuite plan.
EmailSavy tracks opens and link clicks in Gmail and Outlook, and detects replies in Gmail. It will not call an email “Read” just because Gmail or Apple Mail loaded an image. A Gmail load at least 5 minutes after sending shows as Opened (likely); an Apple Mail privacy load or a Gmail load in the first 5 minutes shows as Delivered / preview. A real click, a reply with a confirmed arrival time, or repeat opens from a real device show as Read.

What EmailSavy does
1. Four honest states
Every email is Read (confirmed), Opened (likely), Delivered / preview or Not opened, with a plain-English reason. Rates only count emails at least 24 hours old, and show the numbers behind them.
2. Clicks with scanners filtered
A click within 10 seconds of sending, or several different links clicked within 3 seconds, is treated as a security scanner and not counted. Click tracking is part of the free plan.
3. Place and device only when we know
Gmail and Apple Mail load images through their own servers, so the “city” they would show is not the reader's. EmailSavy shows Via Gmail or Apple Mail privacy: location hidden and keeps the place for real clicks.
4. Limits, stated plainly
No tracker can prove a person read an email from an image load. Some emails that were read will show as Opened (likely) or Delivered / preview, never as Read without a click, a confirmed reply or repeat opens. We prefer that to the opposite mistake. Reply detection can miss replies; it works while Gmail is open with the extension, and checks in the background will come when you connect your Gmail (not switched on yet).
To be fair to Mailtrack
Mailtrack is an established product with its own strengths. If it already fits how you work, there is no need to switch. EmailSavy is for people who want a small tracker and an honest count.
Frequently asked questions
It covers open and click tracking in Gmail and Outlook, and reply detection in Gmail and is free for unlimited tracked emails. It does not try to be a CRM or sales suite. Mailtrack is now sold as part of Mailsuite (mailtrack.io redirects to mailsuite.com). Its public pricing page lists a free plan, a Mailtrack plan and a Mailsuite plan.
It shows Read only with strong evidence: a real click, a reply whose arrival time we could confirm, or repeat opens from a real device. When Apple Mail, a scanner or Gmail in its first 5 minutes loads an image by itself, the email shows as Delivered / preview. A Gmail load after 5 minutes shows as Opened (likely), because Gmail normally loads images when the recipient opens the message; it is never called Read without a click, a confirmed reply or repeat opens. Yes, in a limited way. The dashboard offers a manual tracking snippet you paste into any email from any client. The extension adds automatic tracking in Gmail and Outlook.
Free tracking is unlimited and shows a small footer in your emails. Pro (Rs 99 a month or Rs 999 a year) removes the footer and adds bulk campaigns, CSV export and a custom tracking domain. Pro checkout is not open yet.
